Property Services Executive

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Property Services Executive to support the delivery of key Welsh Government schemes helping homeowners, buyers, businesses and communities across Wales.

-Supporting Wales’ net zero ambitions, delivering schemes like Green Homes Wales that improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions

-Contributing to decarbonisation at scale, helping homeowners access retrofit solutions and sustainable property improvements

 

You’ll manage applications end-to-end, liaise with stakeholders, carry out eligibility checks (training provided), and deliver excellent customer service across schemes such as Help to Buy Wales and Green Homes Wales.

 

Ideal for someone who:

  • Thrives in a customer-focused environment
  • Has strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Enjoys problem-solving and making fair, informed decisions
  • Can manage multiple cases with accuracy and care

Experience in financial services, property, or regulatory environments is desirable but not essential.
